We are a licensed applicator of Magni Industries’ Magnigard® coatings. we offer a variety of properties ranging from consistent torque tension to corrosion and bi-metallic protection.
MagniGard® is a duplex fastener coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. The basecoat is a cadmium alternative that provides sacrificial protection of the steel substrate while the topcoat creates a durable barrier. It is engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post coating lubricants, which ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly.
MagniGard® provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes that result in improved quality and reduced costs. It is designed for use on fasteners and has proven to resist corrosion in salt spray testing to ASTM B117 in excess of 1000 hours.
