Carbon Steel Forged Lifting Eye Bolts
Adfast Component LTD proudly offers ASTM A489-compliant carbon steel forged lifting eye bolts, designed for superior performance and reliability. Available in two types based on shank patterns (Type 1: Plain pattern, Type 2: Shoulder pattern) and two styles based on shank lengths (Style A: Long Length, Style B: Short Length), these eye bolts are crafted for use in sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 1/2 inches. Manufactured to operate effectively between 32°F and 275°F, these lifting eye bolts deliver unmatched durability. Refer to ASME B18.15 for comprehensive usage guidelines.
To ensure safety and reliability, our ASTM A489 lifting eye bolts undergo liquid quenching and tempering, adhering to the highest quality standards. However, these eye bolts should never be loaded above the proof load and must not be used when surface discontinuities are present to avoid brittle failure. For applications below 32°F, alloy steel eyebolts per ASTM F541 are recommended. Trust Adfast Component LTD for premium lifting eye bolts tailored to meet your industrial needs.
