ASTM A574 / A574M Socket Head Cap Screws – Adfast Components

At Adfast Components, we offer high-strength quenched and tempered alloy steel hexagon socket head cap screws manufactured to meet the requirements of ASTM A574 (inch series) and ASTM A574M (metric series). This specification covers screws ranging from 0.060 inch to 4 inch in diameter, suitable for critical applications demanding superior strength and reliability.

We manufacture and supply both metric and imperial size socket head cap screws as per ASTM A574 standards, complete with EN 10204 Type 3.1 certification. These fasteners meet strict chemical composition, mechanical properties, tensile strength, and wedge testing criteria.

As part of the specification’s supplementary provisions, customers can select chemical compositions tailored to specific alloy grades, including AISI 4037, 4042, 4137, 4140, 4142, 4145, 4340, 8740, 5137M, and 51B37M.
